The Reservations & Revenue Management team at Fairmont Southampton plays a vital role in connecting guests with the right stay, at the right time and at the right value. 

From managing individual and group reservations to monitoring demand, pricing and market opportunities, the team helps optimise performance while ensuring a smooth and personalised booking experience.

Working closely with Sales, Front Office and hotel leadership, the team combines commercial insight with thoughtful guest service to support occupancy, revenue growth and exceptional stays.
