Elizabeth Maisonet – Director of Group Sales
Elizabeth brings over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, including 12 years as a Director of Global Accounts for Fairmont, where she built deep relationships with corporate and association planners. With a strong group and incentive sales background, Elizabeth's strategic leadership has consistently delivered outstanding results. Based in Long Island, New York, she leads the team's group sales efforts, specifically covering the U.S. Northeast and Bermuda markets.
Whitney Parsons – Director, National Accounts
Whitney has been part of the Fairmont Southampton team for 13 years, making her our in-house expert on all things Southampton and Bermuda. Prior to that, she spent seven years with Fairmont Chicago, giving her deep insight into the meetings and incentives industry. A Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) herself, Whitney understands the needs of planners firsthand and has built strong relationships within the industry. Based in Chicago, she oversees the U.S. Midwest and West, including incentive markets.
Josie Azar – Director, National Accounts
Josie brings 15 years of experience with Trump National Doral Miami, where she played a pivotal role during the resort's significant repositioning. Based in the Southeast, Josie will lead sales efforts in the Southeast U.S. and Texas, leveraging her extensive network and deep understanding of these markets.
Rachel Hofer – Director of Revenue Management
Rachel joins Fairmont Southampton as Director of Revenue Management, bringing deep expertise in commercial strategy, pricing optimization and performance analytics across luxury hospitality portfolios. With a strong background in driving total revenue through data-led forecasting, channel management, and collaborative commercial planning, Rachel plays a pivotal role in maximizing returns for all stakeholders. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations, she ensures a fully integrated approach to demand generation and yield optimization. Rachel’s strategic mindset, attention to detail and passion for results make her a key member of the leadership team as we prepare for the
resort’s reopening and long-term success.
Stephen Stoerger – Director, National Accounts
Stephen brings over 10 years of luxury hospitality sales experience, with a strong focus on the incentive and group travel markets. At the iconic Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico, he played a key role in driving group and incentive business. He also held key roles at SLS Baha Mar in the Bahamas and other premier Caribbean resorts, building deep expertise in high-end group travel and incentive programs. Covering the Northeast U.S., Stephen leads our national accounts efforts in the region, bringing with him a strong network of clients and a deep understanding of the needs of luxury incentive planners.
Juliann Johnson – Sales Support Executive
New to the team, Juliann joins us from the Accor Global Sales Team, bringing a strong background in sales support, prospecting, and business development. As the quarterback of the team, she plays a key role in assigning leads, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless flow of group sales inquiries. Juliann is also the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping to connect them with the right sales manager to meet their needs. In addition to managing lead distribution, she plays a key role in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities to drive group sales growth. Her fresh perspective, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of our team's success.
Simon Boden – Area Director of Sales & Marketing
A Bermudian by birth, Simon understands the island's hospitality industry, culture, and guest expectations. With nearly 25 years at Fairmont, including 13 years at Fairmont Southampton, he brings a deep connection to the resort and its legacy. Simon's expertise spans sales, revenue management, and destination management services, giving him a well-rounded perspective on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
