ENGINEERING

The Engineering team at Fairmont Southampton keeps the resort’s facilities, infrastructure and essential systems operating safely, efficiently and reliably. From engineering and building maintenance to specialist mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration work, the team supports every area of the hotel and its guest experience.

Working closely with operational teams across the resort, Engineering responds to day-to-day needs, maintains the property to the highest standard and helps ensure the hotel is always ready to welcome guests.
