ONE TIME OFFER - Willow Stream Gift Certificate Exchange

If you have a Willow Stream Gift Certificate which has expired during the hotel closure, we are providing a one time offer to exchange it for one of the following new gift certificates:  

• 2025 RESTAURANT AND GOLF CERTIFICATE
  Valid at Turtle Hill Golf Club & Retail Shop, Boundary Sports Bar & Grille, or The Waterlot in 2025.
• FAIRMONT SOUTHAMPTON SPA CERTIFICATE
  Valid for use in 2026.

Just bring your expired certificate to Turtle Hill Golf Club, January 16h-19th, 3-6 p.m. to exchange.

Important:
This is a one time offer, so be sure to exchange your certificates during the specified dates. Certificates will no longer be valid past their expiry date.

 Q1: Can you exchange hotel room gift certificates as well, or just Willow Stream certificates?
A: Only Willow Stream certificates are eligible for exchange. Hotel room certificates that expired during the closure will remain valid for 12 months following the resort’s reopening.

Q2: Can I exchange my gift certificate without the physical voucher?
A: Unfortunately, no. The certificates act as monetary value, and the physical voucher is required for the exchange process.

Q3: What vouchers are eligible?
A: Willow Stream certificates that expired between March 2020 and now can be exchanged. Certificates that expired before the hotel closed in March 2020 or outside the specified period are not eligible.

Q4: Can I exchange a partially used Willow Stream gift certificate?
A: Yes, you can exchange the remaining balance of a partially used Willow Stream certificate for new gift certificate, provided you have the physical certificate and it meets the criteria. 

Q5: Can I exchange multiple certificates at once?
A: Yes, you may exchange multiple eligible certificates at the same time, as long as each certificate meets the requirements for exchange.

Q6: Are there any restrictions on how the exchanged new certificates can be used?

A: Exchanged certificates can be used at any Fairmont Southampton outlet, including dining and golf. However, it cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to future gift certificates.

Q7: What is the last date to exchange my Willow Stream gift certificate?
A: Exchanges are a one-time offer and can only be made January 16-19th. No exceptions will be made beyond these dates.

Q8: Can someone else exchange my gift certificate on my behalf?
A: Yes, but they must present the physical certificate and provide a written authorization from you, along with a copy of your valid ID.

Q9: Will I receive cash if I exchange my gift certificate?
A: No, new certificates will be issued and cannot be converted into cash.

Q10: How will I receive my new certificate after the exchange?
A: Visit Turtle Hill Golf Club with your eligible expired certificate, and it will be exchanged for a new certificate, valid for future purchases as specified on the new certificate.

Q11: What if I’m off-island and unable to attend the gift certificate exchange during the four-day period?  

A: If you’re off-island during this time, simply email a copy of your gift certificate and travel documentation to shp.reservations@fairmont.com, and our team will assist you.
